Moral: You gotta cut some slack to HR people too.

Let’s be honest, dealing with people all day long is a tough job with a lot of cringeworthy moments.

And it leaves a toll on you. 

So sometimes that calls are left unreturned, follow-up letters are left unanswered, and you, as a job applicant, receive not the best treatment.

On the other hand, some employers do have a broken recruiting process. Smart  HRs are the first to admit that.

If you get asked to:

  • Fill in a 30-page questionnaire
  • Attend an unreasonable number of interviews
  • Schedule and reschedule an interview multiple times
  • Ask you take a bunch of tests even before the first interview

…You better turn your back on them.
