You gotta remember how you optimized your resume.
Keywords — you need to use them in your resume if you want to get found online by potential employers.
The problem? Sometimes it’s easy to get overwhelmed and go bonanza over those aka use a bunch of combos that even you cannot remember a week later.
So how do you optimize your resume for visibility without sounding just like every other applicant out there?
Here are several quick tips:
- Break down all the keywords in sub-relevant groups — hard skills, tools & technologies and soft skills.
- Pick 2-3 keyword combos from each category.
- Compare if your picks are present within the job descriptions you are applying to.
- Paste them with confidence.
