The grass is not always greener at HR pastures.
Dealing with yet another job rejection can be painful.
It makes you doubt your abilities, competency, salary expectations and pretty much everything else there is to doubt.
But remember: sometimes it’s you. Other times – it’s a bunch of other factors beyond your control.
Unrealistic expectations from decision-makers. Low hiring budget. Organizational misalignment and a bunch of other issues that contribute to an overall ineffective hiring process.
So don’t take the next rejection letter (or lack of any response) personally and just work towards finding your unicorn job in the wild!
